RETURNS POLICY

At Corvin, we uphold the highest standards in the manufacturing and distribution of our apparel. Every Corvin T-shirt is carefully inspected to ensure premium quality, comfort, and durability. Our commitment to excellence has made Corvin a trusted brand among our customers.

However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return a product, please review the following guidelines:


General Return Policy

Corvin does not accept returns or exchanges of merchandise purchased directly from Corvin through our website, except under the specific conditions outlined below.


Conditions for Return

Return Period:
The product must be reported to Corvin via email only at  corvinclothing17@gmail.com within 2 days of the delivery date.

Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

Only products deemed eligible for return will be considered.
Only damaged products that affect the T-shirt itself (fabric, print, stitching) will be accepted.
Damage to the outer packaging alone will not be considered valid.

The final decision to accept a return rests solely with Corvin.


Unboxing Video:
You must provide a full, continuous unboxing video, clearly showing the condition of the T-shirt upon delivery.
Without an unboxing video, no return requests will be entertained.


Order ID:
You must provide your Order ID received at the time of purchase.


Damaged Products:
Only T-shirts that are damaged, torn, misprinted, or defective upon arrival will be eligible.
External packaging damage alone does not qualify for a return. Corvin will assess the product before approval.


Return Authorization Process

Submitting a Request:
Email your return request within 2 days of delivery to corvinclothing17@gmail.com, along with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Order ID

  • Clear images of the damaged product (if required)

No other communication channels will be accepted for return requests.


Company Assessment:
After evaluation, Corvin will take the final decision regarding the return. This decision is final and binding.


Return Authorization Number:
If approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number along with further return instructions.


Replacement Process

  • No refund policy, replacements may be done considering enough proof of damage is provided.

  • Please allow 14–21 business days after the returned product is received by us for the replacement to be processed.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–7 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During high order volumes, shipments may experience slight delays.


Shipping Delays

Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
In case of significant delays, we will contact you via email or phone.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order is shipped, containing your tracking number.
Tracking details become active within 24 hours.


Damages During Shipping

Corvin is not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Please retain all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
